Return&Refund

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Free returns exclude sale items.

For health and hygiene reasons please wear undergarments when trying your kit on.

Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.

Sales Items are excluded from our Free Returns policy, and while these can be returned, the cost of return postage falls to the customer.We are not able to offer refunds for costs incurred by returning garments nor taxes incurred for the shipping of replacements.

To start a return, you can contact us at servicecycling@outlook.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
