Here's a benchmark guide to further help you with sizing according to your height and weight. This is based on past purchases and actual product fit. The range varies depending on your body shape (hourglass vs pear, vs rectangle), this is why there may be sizing overlap, which means you could fit both. Your choice will then boil down to how you like your fit, if more "snug" or more "comfortable". Please consider NGNM fit is a "comfortable race fit" or "race fit".
From the Body Shape Chart identify yours. If you're in between sizes and if you're buying shorts/bib shorts and you're a Pear Shape or have stronger/more muscular legs, then go for the larger size. Conversely, if you're purchasing tops, and you're an Inverted Triangle or Hourglass or your bust size is on the larger size, then size up.
