We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For health and hygiene reasons please wear undergarments when trying your kit on.

Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.

Sales Items are excluded from our Free Returns policy, and while these can be returned, the cost of return postage falls to the customer.We are not able to offer refunds for costs incurred by returning garments nor taxes incurred for the shipping of replacements.

To start a return, you can contact us at servicecycling@outlook.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Create dedicated videos (8-min video / 8-15s video) of styling, honest review, try-on haul, and other creative ways after receiving YKYWBIKE products.
• Photo at least 2 pictures and leave us your review to help with the products' improvement.
• Upload the content and include the soundtrack link to your YKYWBIKE rep.
• Make content revisions as needed.
• Share product review content and brand message by using tags / hashtags.
• Public your videos with hashtags #ykywbike #ykywshare, including @ykywbike_cycling_wear we approve and post the content.
• Grant YKYWBIKE the right to use your content on website, social media, marketing and promotional usage.

HEIGHT & WEIGHT CHART

Here's a benchmark guide to further help you with sizing according to your height and weight. This is based on past purchases and actual product fit. The range varies depending on your body shape (hourglass vs pear, vs rectangle), this is why there may be sizing overlap, which means you could fit both. Your choice will then boil down to how you like your fit, if more "snug" or more "comfortable". Please consider NGNM fit is a "comfortable race fit" or "race fit".

From the Body Shape Chart identify yours. If you're in between sizes and if you're buying shorts/bib shorts and you're a Pear Shape or have stronger/more muscular legs, then go for the larger size. Conversely, if you're purchasing tops, and you're an Inverted Triangle or Hourglass or your bust size is on the larger size, then size up.
