01 Think that the longer you ride, the better

Many novice riders always want to exercise well so that they can make faster and greater progress. It is wrong to believe that the longer you keep riding, the better. In fact, this is wrong. When riding a bicycle for the first time, don't do it for too long, and add more time after your body adapts to the new distance. When riding for a long time, you should pay attention to changing your riding posture to shift your body's center of gravity.

 

02 Think that the faster the bike, the better

The most important thing in riding is to maintain speed. Don't be fast and slow at times. Riding hard when you have the energy, but stopping when you don't have the energy. Some beginner riders only pursue speed when riding. Speed does not determine how domineering you are when riding. This is actually very harmful to the body. It is recommended that beginners find a frequency that suits them during cycling before increasing the amount of exercise. In this way, gradual cycling can not only exercise the body, but also lose weight~

 

03 Pedal hard

Don't pedal hard and ignore the riding posture. Adjust the height of the bicycle to avoid contusion of the inner thigh root and subcutaneous tissue. When riding a bicycle, the position of the feet must be appropriate and the force must be even, otherwise it will cause pain in the ankle and knee joints.

 

04Focus only on cycling

It’s also not a good idea to just focus on riding without doing other training. The body is a highly adaptable machine. After a long period of cycling, the body has become a perfect cycling machine. The same speed and distance may be lower than the calories you burned earlier. Exercise needs to be diversified, and you can do some upper limb and waist training appropriately.
